Common questions
Harvest is a mobile-first geo-farming platform for real estate teams. You define a territory and strategy — listing farm, just sold, active buyer, equity targeting, or market update. Your team dials, logs outcomes, sends AI-drafted texts and emails, and team leads watch results in real time. Everything in one app, built for how prospecting teams actually work.
Harvest is built for real estate team leads and their agents — typically teams of 2 to 20 people who actively prospect around their listings. The team lead manages the subscription and farms. Agents are assigned farms and work them from their phone.
No. Harvest is purpose-built for the prospecting and farming workflow — not long-term contact management. Think of it as the system that surfaces hot leads from your neighborhood outreach. Those leads then move into whatever CRM your team uses for ongoing nurture.
When you create or expand a farm, you can optionally run skip tracing on the contacts — this appends phone numbers so your agents can start dialing immediately. Credits are consumed per contact. Each plan includes a monthly allotment of skip-trace credits, and you can purchase additional packs ($19 / $79 / $249) anytime from the App Store.
Harvest keeps contacts organized so your team isn't stepping on the same call at the same time. Unresolved contacts stay in the farm and get worked as the team progresses. No manual coordination needed — it's handled automatically.
Yes. When you create a farm, you pick a strategy: Listing Farm, Just Sold / Just Listed, Active Buyer, Market Update, or Equity Targeting. Harvest uses that strategy to generate the right scripts and messaging for your team. The underlying workflow — territory, contacts, dialing, outcomes — is the same across all strategies.
You can preview any farm territory before committing. To activate your first farm and start working contacts, your account needs an active subscription or skip-trace credits from a purchased pack. Subscriptions are purchased through the iOS App Store.
Harvest is currently iOS-only, including all subscription and credit pack purchases via the App Store. Android support is on the roadmap. If your team is iPhone-based, you're good to go today.
Team leads can see all team contacts, run farm campaigns, approve new agents, manage billing, and access full activity reports. Agents see their own harvested leads and pipeline, work assigned farms, log calls, and participate in team challenges. Both roles use the same app — the view just adapts based on your role.
No. Harvest subscriptions are month-to-month via the App Store. Cancel anytime through your Apple subscription settings. No lock-ins, no cancellation fees.
